The SVOC2015 conference is organized by the Institute of World Economics of the Centre for Economic and Regional Studies, Hungarian Academy of Sciences and Center for EU Enlargement Studies, Central European University between 25-26. November.
The primary intention of the conference is to document the extent and reach of state capitalism around the world and explore its economic implications giving a special focus to the Central and Eatern European region and the emerging markets. The Conference aims particularly at exploring new concepts of understanding the role of state within the framework of Varieties of Capitalism.
