Discussion of the study by Gyula Speck
On April 3, 2024 in a workshop EU Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium trainee, Gyula Speck presented his paper entitled “SALW Proliferation and State Fragility: The Case of Afghanistan” at the Institute of World Economics (member of the network). The two commentators’ and the participants’ remarks were incorporated in the final version of the text.
